Fondation photo4food is a private foundation founded by Virginie & Olivier Goy and hosted by Institut de France, a French learned-society grouping five Academies including « Académie française » and « Académie des Beaux-Arts ». The foundation fights poverty in France thanks to the sale of photographs given by generous artists. The foundation also organizes exhibitions and events to promote its talented and generous photographers. The board of the foundation includes Chancelier Xavier Darcos, the photographer Sebastião Salgado, Virginie & Olivier Goy and relies on an advisory board of renowed professionals (Arnaud Adida, Akrame Benallal, Lucie de Barbuat, Simon Brodbeck, Emmanuelle de l'Ecotais, Isabelle Juy).
