Fondation Carrefour Information

In 2018, the Carrefour Foundation support the launch of the project in Rennes and Nantes. The objective is the valorization of unsold or spoiled fruit and vegetables, collected from producers or distributors. These raw products will be processed in ESAT structures and distributed to firms, collectivities, restaurants, groceries or supermarkets. This project is part of a European strategy called Solifoodwaste, aiming at recycling more efficiently bread, fruit and vegetables before 2022. HTS aims at developing the project in forty to sixty cities before 2022.
