Followay is an HR startup - supported by the Jean Moulin incubator and winner of the French Tech award - whose ambition is to shake-up business coaching with a new e-coaching offer. Our aim is to give HR, training managers and managers an innovative coaching solution - easy to deploy and manage - with a more fluid and efficient coaching process that saves time and comfort for all stakeholders, thanks to: • online coaching accessible to all employees, at a controlled price; • e-coaching with the same quality and confidentiality standards as face-to-face coaching, and with certified coaches recruited with a strict ethical charter; • development coaching, to boost the potential of each individual, coupled with resilience coaching, for those who feel at a loss in the face of certain professional difficulties or for those who return to work after a long absence (illness, accident, burnout).
