Follett & Co. Information

Setting an exceptional standard of thoughtful attention to detail, fully-customized and personal care, honest communication, and decades of experience in the Bayside area, Follett & Co. have set the benchmark for real estate service in Brighton and the surrounding suburbs. Director Justin Follett founded the company in 2014 with the goal of delivering a boutique and personal service to an exclusive range of buyers and sellers; from multi-million dollar beachfront family homes to stylish new apartments, to grand Victoria Terraces and red brick clinkers, Justin and his dedicated team put in tireless hours and supply an elevated level of customer care that is rarely found in agencies in the area. A preference of less listings enables the Follett & Co. team to devote all their time and resources to getting the best results and outcomes for each and every client. They also possess an unwavering commitment to industry standards, and work with a wide range of market specialists to make your home the star. Follett & Co. is here to not only be different, but to make a difference. It’s not about old-school ideas and sticking with the traditional model, but rather bringing a fresh and approachable attitude to the property game, friendly and ongoing relationship with all clients, and possessing a never ending enthusiasm for all things real estate.
