Folk is a collection of 10 community-centered yoga + movement studios and a professional yoga training school in San Francisco where you’re invited to move, breathe, restore, and belong. It was founded with an inquisitive spirit and a lofty objective: to empower students to create transformative experiences for themselves, and lead the way to impart radical change in the world through yoga and movement. For 25 years, Folk has evolved to continually deliver diverse classes and Yoga Alliance registered teacher training programs that unify ancient fundamentals with the latest technology and industry advancements.
