Foleo removes that. Buyers tell us their strategy, budget, area and timeline in about five minutes. We hand-match them to a shortlist of two to four independently vetted buyers agents, then step out of the way. We are not a directory and we do not sell placement. Every agency on the platform is independently vetted before it appears, and re-verified annually. Anyone who fails is removed. Match order is driven by fit and performance, never by spend. For buyers, Foleo is free, with no obligation at any stage. For buyers agencies, Foleo is a pay-per-conversion referral channel. No upfront cost, no monthly platform fee, no exclusivity. You pay only when a referral converts. Foleo earns a referral fee from matched agents. This does not affect the fee you pay. Foleo is an independent referral and matching service.
