As founder, I have 25+ years of experience in a range of multi-complex industries including Financial Services, Fintech, IT & Software. Alongside, running a high end executive recruitment agency and believe it or not a pub in Nottinghamshire. I started my sales journey in call centres, and progressed into roles at Director and Senior Consultancy levels which in turn have provided me with impeccable grounding in executive leadership, sales strategy, sales enablement, business development and customer/buyer life cycles. In 2019, one of our Sales Leadership Development Programmes impacted bottom line revenue growth for the business and, won the BESMA Award (The British Excellence in Sales Management Award).
