Employees paste client data into AI tools to save ten minutes. AI agents are given authorization to make decisions without necessary monitoring. Leadership teams say “we’ll sort out the AI governance part later,” but later keeps getting more expensive. Hello, I’m Ravi Verma and I manage Mind Your Data. I’ve spent 10+ years helping large organizations keep their data resilient, governed and audit-ready. I’m an ISO 22301 Lead Auditor.
