We’re Scope, the UK's leading disability equality charity, creating equal futures with disabled people. We campaign to transform attitudes to disability. We bring support services to disabled households and communities. We tackle injustice and inspire action. Together we dare the world, and employers, to think differently about disability. There are 16 million disabled people in the UK. And we want our potential to be recognised. We need a transformation in attitudes. We must address the extra costs we face. And we need to be recognised for the value we bring to the workplace. You can can find out more about our charity's mission in our 'An Equal Future' strategy on our website: scope.org.uk/about-us/an-equal-future-strategy If your organisation is interested in supporting our work, reach out to us at: partnerships@scope.org.uk

Together we can create a world in which people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included. Where the 1.4 million people who have a learning disability can feel proud of who they are and accepted by society. We want you, your friends and your family to join with us to campaign, raise money and volunteer alongside people with a learning disability - we can't think of a more rewarding way to spend your time... Why volunteer with us? You will change a life but we promise it will change yours as well. We work with volunteers who are as passionate about supporting people with a learning disability as we are and we would love it if you join us. In return we offer the chance to develop new skills and experience, as well as make new friends. https://www.mencap.org.uk/get-involved/volunteering http://twitter.com/mencap_charity #Mencapvolunteering
