Fletcher Building has proudly called New Zealand home since 1909, and today, we employ more than 9000 people across New Zealand, Australia, and the South Pacific. Our operations span the manufacture and distribution of building products across Australia and New Zealand, from insulation that helps keep homes warm and dry to cement, a fundamental building block of structures around the world. We also operate retail businesses that supply these products, and many more, to tradespeople across the Tasman. Beyond products and distribution, we build homes, create communities, improve productivity and contribute to the quality of life of people living and working in cities and regions across our markets. Fletcher Building is dual listed on the NZX and ASX and operates through four divisions – Light Building Products, Heavy Building Materials, Distribution, and Residential and Development. Across all of our operations we strive for excellence in efficiency, innovation, health and safety, and environmental performance.

With 150 years of building history in New Zealand, we partner with our customers and are trusted to perform decade after decade. That partnership doesn’t stop there, we also build our own. We are one team, focused on creating opportunities for our employees to learn, connect and grow together. Are you considering a role renovation?
