Very much like Boutique hotels, FMIF wants to offer affordable upscale apartments that have a distinct feel. Our properties are exclusively located in pleasant neighbourhoods, next to square, on the park, or in fashionable areas. We specialize in converting houses into apartments. Upon purchase, properties are completely remodeled and fitted with new kitchens and bathrooms, amongst others. We provide our clients with a level of affordable luxury, and strive to convert your home into a living experience. All private space must be of high enough standard for you to feel at home in any possible way. FMIF recognizes the migration of young professionals (DINKs PANKs SINCs) towards the city center.
