Every year millions go abroad for high-quality- affordable healthcare services. At FlyMedi, we provide easy access to global secure, affordable and high-quality healthcare by giving the opportunity to explore medical tour packages which include treatment-accommodation-local transfers. So far we have only mentioned what we do as a company, but what are we like as a team? We firmly believe that for our users to be happy, our staff need to be happy. This may come as a cliche to some and you may be thinking ‘Happy workplace just sounds idealized and unachievable’. Well, we believe that a happy work environment is very possible as long as the staff is comfortable, motivated and satisfied. ‘What is your company culture then?’ you may be wondering, well, first of all, everyone is encouraged to make mistakes every day. Because through our experiences we have seen how important and natural it is to make errors and learn from them in the process. If you ever come to visit us in our office, you will be greeted by our motto ‘Be the type of person you want to meet’ hanging on our wall. This ideology stems from our empathetic nature. While we do excellent quality work with our core team, we also do some star transfers like a football club. We don’t believe in ‘Titles’ such as boss, director etc. Our common motivators are less power-based and more based on the determination, mutual respect, and honesty. We respect each other and love coming up with new ideas. We are a very transparent company, where all parties are informed of every step we take in great detail. Every day, we start a new project and we work on our task with vigor and passion.
