When Gene Muller founded Flying Fish Brewing Co. in 1995, he did so first on the pre-spam/Amazon/Google World Wide Web – making it the world’s first virtual microbrewery. The subsequent attention generated investor and bank interest turning a great idea into great beer at a real brewery in Cherry Hill in 1996. Flying Fish now produces a range of beers year-round, along with a variety of seasonal specialties.
