flxbl Information

FLXBL has merged with its sister company, RELATBL. The combined businesses will operate under the RELATBL brand from 1 July 2026, and will have the same team, same expertise and provide the same great service. FLXBL thanks its clients and candidates for their support over the last seven years, and looks forward to continuing our relationship in the future. RELATBL helps government, private sector and NFP teams solve their recruiting and labour hire challenges. RELATBL develops smart, flexible solutions without the usual high costs and patchy performance of traditional recruiters and on-hire providers. Whether you need one person, or 50 people, RELATBL has the expertise and resources to make it happen. RELATBL is a SME and an Australian business. Based in Canberra, we provide services nationally. RELATBL specialises in professional services, policy and administration contractors, including for roles in legal, accounting, compliance, investigations, project management, communications, contract management, finance, change management, policy, administration, HR, customer service and administrative decision-making. For Commonwealth government clients, RELATBL is on People Panel Phase 1 (Recruitment and Search) and Phase 2 (Labour Hire), and on DMP2 (ICT labour hire). Our team has extensive experience supplying the full range of recruitment services (bundled and unbundled) to government clients, and has supplied hundreds of labour hire contractors as well as candidates for s26 transfers and non-going roles.
