Flux was founded in early 2020 with the goal of disrupting the forever evolving office industry. Both founders, James and Matt, launched Flux to help the scaling companies in London & globally find their new homes. Flux is named after the situation in which many of their clients are in. Due to the rapid growth and scaling environments that companies face, a business's headcount may well be in a state of F L U X. Flux is a 'new to the scene' property start-up, helping companies of all shapes and sizes throughout their growth journey, internationally.
