Our many years of experience supporting customers in every aspect of thermal fluid system use have led us to develop a unique system for the reconditioning of thermal fluid which recovers flashpoint and is capable of returning fluid composition to an acceptable state by removing VoCs, low boilers and many of the products of mechanical and thermal degradation. Our latest generation of rigs are fully ATEX compliant and are delivered to site with dedicated personnel to install and operate with minimal disruption to operations. Benefits of DTX technology include; more efficient heat transfer, easier to pump (especially at low temperatures), less volume for the same freeze protection, and cheaper per litre. Following consistent demand for technical advice and engineering support, Hydratech recognised the need to take things a step further and provide ‘hands on’ system filling, flushing, remediation and compliance management.
