When working with our clients we utilize the Process Communication Model® (PCM). It is a behavioral model that enables the user of PCM to not only understand how and why people communicate but also predict behavior in distress. PCM provides a reliable and validated method of identifying and understanding the unique behavioral structure of each individual, the impact of life events on our motivations, predictable patterns of distress, and the skill to uniquely individualize our communication with different people. Essentially you learn the skill set to decode human behavior through active observation of those around you.
