At FlowCORPS we believe in science-driven programming. Our instructors are educated movement specialists. Our workouts are proven to be effective. With locations in both Raleigh and Chapel Hill, we are The Triangle’s premier, locally-owned Pilates studio and fitness destination. Each location is equipped with XFormers® (our High-Intensity Pilates machine) and Woodway Curve Treadmills (for low-impact cardio), and all small group classes are programmed for maximum results without risk of injury. We welcome all people as they are. We believe in healthy bodies, and the power of personal connection. Our innovative 45 & 60 minute full-body workouts maximize results through intentional, low(er)-impact movement under continuous tension, leading to stronger, longer, leaner bodies.
