Energy Locals is an Australian-owned energy retailer that designs, funds and manages energy systems for new and existing apartment buildings. We deliver embedded networks integrated with smart technologies like solar PV, batteries and EV charging. Together, this creates an efficient and future-ready energy solution for the building. All delivered with no upfront capital cost. We take care of the design, installation and ongoing operation of the equipment. Once the building is complete, we also continue to manage the energy services as the licensed retailer. That means billing, customer support, maintenance and compliance are all handled by us. So instead of managing the energy systems yourself, you gain one experienced partner responsible for running it long term.

Nestled between the Tararua Ranges and the sea, Horowhenua is home to over 30,000 residents and numerous tourists that travel through each year. At Horowhenua District Council we are enabling what matters for the Horowhenua community. New Neighborhoods, Inc. (NNI ) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit housing corporation based in Stamford, CT and working throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. The oldest actively operating nonprofit housing developer in Fairfield County traces its beginnings to1967 when it was spun off by the Stamford Council of Churches (now the Interfaith Council). Working both independently and in collaboration with other private and public sector entities, NNI has developed, redeveloped and preserved more than 600 affordable rental and ownership housing units in the city of Stamford, Norwalk, and Danbury, manages nearly 450 units of low and moderate income family, supportive, and senior rental housing in Stamford, Norwalk and Danbury, has helped countless families to home ownership. Plans on the drawing board would add up to 200 additional units of affordable ownership, rental and supportive housing in Fairfield County, Connecticut communities over the next couple of years.
