After a broken ankle disrupted his movement for years, discovering fascia was the key to recovery—and the inspiration for creating Flow Bands, a soft silicone tool designed for fascial release, stretch, and strength. Today, Flow Mechanical is more than a product company. It's a collaborative engine exploring the intersection of biomechanics, design, and somatic intelligence—building tools that awaken vitality, support healing, and empower people to move with more awareness and ease.
