Flourish Forums Information

Flourish Advisory Boards is a hyper-curated CEO peer advisory community for founders, CEOs, and P&L owners who want a room where they can say the things they can't say out loud anywhere else. Most peer advisory groups select members based on "no business conflict." Flourish curates members by perspective diversity. Every Flourish forum is designed around six distinct leadership seats: Operator, Strategist, Rainmaker, Visionary, Tech Futurist, and Orchestrator. Members are placed using the Kolbe Assessment, ensuring each room has the full range of perspectives a leader actually needs when making hard decisions. Our forums function as a true personal advisory board. They are professionally moderated by a seasoned CEO who has been where you are. Each forum also includes an executive coach and CEO who challenges the group to surface blind spots and consider lines of thinking individual members would not arrive at alone. Flourish meets monthly, virtually, with periodic in-person retreats. Members bring their hardest strategic, operational, and personal leadership challenges to the room and leave with the perspective of seven other CEOs who see the problem differently than they do. To qualify for a Flourish forum, you must be a CEO, business owner, or P&L owner. Flourish was founded by Mike Maddock, a five-time author, keynote speaker, and serial entrepreneur.
