Flotent group of companies headquartered in Florida USA. It subsidiaries include Flotent Chemicals LLC (USA), Flotent Chemicals RUS (Russia), Flotent Chemicals Shanghai (China), Flotent Chemicals Kazakhstan; , and Flotent Chemicals CA (Uzbekistan). Unfortunately, Flotent group of companies' assets and operations have been hijacked by renegade, pro-Putin partners, Otabek Rakhmatullaev (who uses his own mother as a front and a patsy), and Alexei Marfitsin. They chose quick "buck" and Putunism and abandoned the US business. They are suspected and are under investigation for alleged circumvention of sanctions, of alleged falsification of shipping documents, contraband, and alleged money laundering thru accounts in Uzbekistan and China.
