Florida For All is a statewide grassroots coalition made up of 1199SEIU and SEIU Florida Public Services Union, Central Florida Jobs with Justice, Dream Defenders, Faith in Florida, Florida Immigrant Coalition, and Florida Rising. In 2016, these organizations came together and made a decision: instead of fighting over crumbs, we would build collective power. By creating an alignment space and moving in coordination toward a common vision, we’ve leveraged the strength of our capacities, membership, and leadership. Because our coalition works across a broad range of issues including immigration, housing, labor, and healthcare, and climate, we found a common throughline connecting them all: billionaires and corporations hoarding our wealth and controlling working people. That's why we center budgets and taxes as key policy areas for building the multiracial solidarity needed to combat far-right attacks and create a state that works for all Floridians. When billionaires and corporations pay what they owe, we can fund the essential care, support, and services our families need.
