The Florida Community Loan Fund, FCLF, is a nonprofit, multifaceted financing entity with a 20+ year history of providing flexible capital and staff expertise to low-income communities across Florida. We want to help your project succeed with financing for: • affordable housing, single and multifamily • community facilities that offer essential social services • economic development in low-income areas of Florida FCLF became Florida's first certified statewide Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in 1996 and a Community Development Entity (CDE) in 2003. Today it is a lending institution serving both nonprofit and for-profit borrowers and developers across Florida's low-income communities. Investors and supporters of FCLF include nearly all major financial institutions in Florida, leading foundations, religious investors from various denominations, federal and state government. Over 20+ years, FCLF has financed over $400 million into projects totaling $1.12 billion. FCLF's success is based on commitment to excellence, accountability to its stakeholders, a clear focus on financial performance, and a strong commitment to achieving high social impact results.
