Flooring Solutions Information

Flooring Solutions is the largest floor covering store in Northeast Nebraska. It was founded in 2002 by Todd and Stephanie Pospisil. Todd and Stephanie live in Norfolk and have three children, Taylor, Ashlen, and Drew. Todd has been in the flooring business for over 20 years. He is an avid golfer. He has been an asisstant coach for the Norfolk Catholic football team since 1991 and has been a volunteer coach for many of his children's teams as well. Stephanie has been in the flooring business for over 10 years. She enjoys golfing too - though she is not as good as Todd - and attends her children's numberous activities. They both spend much of their free time volunteering for their Church, children's school and commnity. Office Manager Deb Riedel lives with her husband Jay in Norfolk. She has been with Flooring Solutions for 7 years. Warehouse Manager Dave Gall lives with his wife Deb in Norfolk. He has over 25 years of warehouse experience and has been with Flooring Solutions for the past 3 years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and working outdoors.
