Floodlight was started out of an industry need. There are many web development firms that provide closed proprietary coding solutions and we see this as a roadblock to innovation. Every aspect of our development process is open to our clients. We develop sites using readily available open-source frameworks and our clients own the rights to the code we develop for them. In situations where custom coding is necessary we develop it in an organized, modular fashion so that it will be easily maintained for many years to come.
