Flodecol S.A. has been in the flower business since 1994 and selling top quality Gypso Million Stars since 1998. The farm is located in the area of Otón, 80 Km ( 50 miles ) north of Quito , at an altitude of 2,000 m above sea level ( 6,500 ft ). The temperature ranges from 14 C to 26 C , these characteristics makes the area perfect for outdoor flower growing. As a result of our quest to produce top-quality flowers, we have achieved a great acceptance by our clients, which has provided a major boost to our ongoing growth and has determined the need to introduce new exclusive varieties as Gypsophila New Love, Delphinium Volkerfrieden, Delphinium Sea Waltz and Delphinium River Series. The quality and beauty of these varieties and its increasing demand in the international market, prompted us to increase our crop area to a hefty 33 hectares ( 82 acres ) of production. Flodecol S.A. is always concerned of the quality, product research and continuous development scheme allowing service enhancement and strong client to client relationship. In our approach for consistent development we have obtained ISO 9001, Eurepgap and Basc Certifications.
