FloBiz builds AI for the world’s small businesses. We started in the hardest market on earth: Bharat - thin margins, 12 languages, and a phone as the only computer. That produced myBillBook - billing, stock and accounting software trusted by 1 crore+ businesses across 18,353 pincodes, with ₹5.9 lakh crore billed on the platform. Then we built the stack most companies buy. • Speech - Flo Voice Labs, tuned for Indian languages, Gulf Arabic and shop-floor noise. • Vision - OCR that reads handwritten, thermal-printed and crumpled bills. • Agents - systems that plan, call and re-plan until the job is done. All in-house. All in production. That stack became products that act, not chat: • myBillBook - creates a GST invoice in 8 seconds, manages live inventory and helps businesses collect payments on time. • myCashFlo.ai - the AI collections manager. It calls parties, sends reminders and follows up on payments. Daily, in their language. • heyAnaya.ai - the AI front desk, live in the UAE. Layla answers at 2 in the morning in Gulf Arabic or English, books the appointment and follows up on no-shows. • mySandesh - festival greetings, offers and promotional posts, made and shared in seconds. So far, the stack has done roughly 59 person-years of work - 1.2 million bills read and 8.8 lakh collection calls completed. Work that otherwise often wouldn't get done at all.
