Established in 1987, Floating Earth is the UK's premier location recording, production and post production company based in West London. Having begun as a specialist in Classical Music recording, Floating Earth now offers a broad range of services across all genres of music. This is achieved through multiple bespoke MADI portable recording systems and a mobile recording truck offering 192 channel capability over fibre optics. To date Floating Earth has been awarded numerous BAFTAs, Academy Awards, Grammys and Gramophone Awards for its work in the industry. From the outset, it has been our policy to ensure the highest quality possible at all stages of the production process. This has been achieved through continued investment in the latest technology and the dedication and commitment of its employees and pool of freelance staff.
