Float 8 was founded in 2019 by Managing Director, Kevin Draper, a successful entrepreneur with over 40 years of business experience across the globe. Float 8 specialise in ‘Bluefield’ development (property development on water) across a number of sectors from residential, to commercial, marinas, holiday lets and entire floating villages with the sole aim of enhancing the UK’s waterways with high quality floating solutions. Float 8 aims to create eco-conscious places to live, work and play always with the end users personal well-being at the heart of everything they do. Sister company to Float 8 are Christian Grant Property, a family run and established, traditional property developer based in Bristol & Bath. With Float 8’s background in residential property development, they are able to support their customers with all aspects of the process from concept design, to master planning and permissions through to build, completion and delivery.
