Floatdreams creates environments where people discover, recover, learn, and continue doing what they love. Founded by Shoshana Leibner, Floatdreams is the result of more than five decades of exploring a simple question: How can people continue doing what they love with greater capability, freedom, and enjoyment? That question has guided work in movement, dance, yoga, floating, teaching, research, and collaboration with athletes, healthcare professionals, researchers, organizations, and wellness communities around the world. Floatdreams brings those experiences together through portable floatation systems, Floating Yoga™, movement education, facility planning, professional consulting, and recovery environments that support learning, awareness, and performance. Through decades of observation and practice, we've found that floating is one of the most valuable environments for recovery, awareness, learning, and human performance. Rather than replacing training, it complements it by helping the nervous system and body recover, adapt, and prepare. Today, Floatdreams works with individuals, athletes, sports organizations, healthcare professionals, wellness facilities, hotels, resorts, researchers, and commercial partners who want to create environments that help people move, recover, perform, and live well.
