#FlipTheScript Information

#FlipTheScript is a hands-on DevOps and AWS-focused community dedicated to helping junior engineers successfully break into the cloud industry. The community combines structured learning, personal mentorship, and real-world preparation to bridge the gap between theory and practice. At its core is the flagship AWS Solutions Architect Associate (SAA) study group, which has already completed three cohorts with a 100% pass rate. The program offers a structured curriculum across all SAA domains, enriched with weekly sessions to ensure practical understanding. Beyond group learning, FlipTheScript provides personalized 1:1 mentoring, supporting dozens of juniors and reservists through their journey into DevOps and AWS. This includes everything from resume guidance to deep technical sessions tailored to individual needs. To further prepare members for the job market, the community runs mock interviews focused on AWS and DevOps roles, covering system design, troubleshooting scenarios, and behavioral aspects. These simulations give participants real interview experience and confidence. FlipTheScript also hosts live webinars in Hebrew, making AWS knowledge more accessible and relevant. Topics range from certification strategies to career growth, including paths like becoming an AWS Community Builder. In addition, the community actively lowers entry barriers by distributing certification vouchers, cloud credits, and conference tickets — encouraging members to invest in themselves and take meaningful steps forward. As a result, FlipTheScript has successfully created strong pipeline of growing cloud professionals who continue to give back to the ecosystem.
