FlightAdventures sells only the finest products available. These are the same products and equipment we use everyday. This is why we firmly stand behind what we sell and are able to offer our no-worries sales philosophy. Unless otherwise indicated, and excluding custom and personalized products, all merchandise is returnable for credit or refund (minus shipping and handling charges) if it is returned in new and unused condition, and is accompanied by a FlightAdventures sales receipt. Books, software, DVD, CD-ROM, and VCD's may not be returned. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA#. Please contact FlightAdventures Customer Service for an RMA number. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on non-defective returns of merchandise returned in less than perfect re-saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and no refunds or credit can be given without a FlightAdventures receipt. If you have a problem with one of our products, let us know and we'll make it right. Some products listed under our Affiliates listing are products sold directly to you by FlightAdventures-approved merchants. While you could purchase these very same items directly from these suppliers, please understand that by "clicking-through" and purchasing these items through our links, the VPC will receive a small commission (which incur no increase in cost to you) that will help keep the VPC operational.
