Since FVL has been granted the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) 333 exemption - 12284, required to fly drones legally for commercial use, we can assist those individuals or companies interested in related business opportunities, navigate this tricky environment to avoid costly fines, criminal charges, cease and desist orders or sanctions. We have been appointed by the FAA FSDO to represent commercial users to bring awareness to unreasonable, cumbersome or economically detrimental rules and regulations. Our mission is to: - provide accurate cost / benefit analyses for utilizing drone technologies - dramatically reduce safety risks inherent in manned commercial operations - select appropriate mission specific sUAV aircraft with related image and data gathering systems - establish full 333 exemption compliancy mandatory for the legal commercial use of drones and to satisfy inspection and ramp check audits. - train staff on safe in flight operations as well as pre and post flight procedures - understanding the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) rules, limitations and violation risks and educate enthusiasts on national airspace boundaries to prevent inadvertent incursions or violations subject to fines, sanctions or drone confiscations Commercial sUAV usage includes aerial film making, photography, videography, surveying, emergency - first responder events, data acquisition, remote sensing, job site, structural and patrolling inspections for pipeline, energy, utility, construction, real estate, precision agriculture and other industries.
