Flex with Doctor Jay helps people get out of chronic pain, build strength, and move with more confidence through physical therapy, coaching, and long-term pain relief education. Led by Dr. Jason Won, PT, DPT, OCS, Flex with Doctor Jay is built around a simple goal: helping clients stop relying on endless treatments and start understanding what their body needs to feel and function better. Through the Pain Free Academy, clients learn how to address chronic aches and pains with a strength-based, whole-body approach that combines movement assessment, strength training, mobility work, lifestyle integration, pain self-management skills, and habit support. Rather than focusing only on temporary symptom relief, the Pain Free Academy helps clients build the tools to manage pain long term. The program is designed for busy professionals, parents, deskbound workers, and active adults who want to move freely, stay strong, and get back to the activities they love. Services include online physical therapy and coaching, in-person support, strength and mobility programming, chronic pain education, lifestyle and habit coaching, and guided support through the Pain Free Academy. Flex with Doctor Jay supports clients who are dealing with recurring pain, stiffness, limited mobility, low energy, fear of injury, or frustration from short-term fixes that have not created lasting change. The work is practical, educational, and built for real life. Clients are guided through strategies that help them build strength, improve movement, support recovery, and develop the confidence to care for their body outside of a traditional clinic setting.
