Founded in 2003, Simply Self Storage is a leading self-storage owner and operator. Simply is a national self-storage platform that owns a portfolio of 101 properties, representing ~9M SF across 20 states. It also manages another 21 properties (across three states) on behalf of third party owners. Over the past 18 years, Simply has embarked on a continual journey to make the self-storage experience as easy as possible while providing a wide range of convenient and secure storage units that serve both personal and business customers. Their properties provide greater control over where and how people store their belongings, with the necessary flexibility to meet the needs of their customers

Safestore is the UK’s largest self-storage group, with 205 self-storage facilities across the UK and Europe. This includes 135 wholly owned stores in the UK, 50 of which are in London, with the remainder located across key cities such as (but not limited to) Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, and Bristol. In Europe, Safestore also operates in 5 countries—France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Germany—sometimes under different brands including MijnSafestore, MySafestore, OhMyBox, MyStorage, and Une Pièce en Plus. Founded in the UK in 1998, Safestore acquired the French business 'Une Pièce en Plus' (25 stores) in 2004, founded by our current CEO, Frederic Vecchioli. Safestore has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2007.
