Flexi-Hinge® Valve Company, Inc. was founded in the Fall of 1999 by Robert Melani and Robert Netkowicz with a mission to design, manufacture and market a line of superior performing check and foot valves. They accomplished this task and we are now a leading manufacturer of cost-effective, high quality, reliable check valves and Foot valves that are constructed to close tolerances and comply with pipeline specifications. Flexi-Hinge® is located in Fairview, Pennsylvania and we are committed to engineered excellence. Our goal is to meet our customers' valve needs with performance, reliable service and value. We are very proud of our Next Generation design of check valve. We have been able to increase the pressure rating for all valves to 200 PSI. That is one-third (33%) higher than the competitions' valves. We have also been able to increase flow areas in almost all sizes by minimizing the valve profile and maximizing the open area. This translates to a more efficient valve with higher Cv ratings. Our self-actuating internals system requires no spring; saving costs and adding to the valve's life and reliability. Additionally, we offer a special expansion style check valve in a threaded or flanged end configuration.
