Mike Monson, Bill Reid and David Sarti created FLEX ARCHITECTURE in 2009 with the belief that there is flexibility in operating independently and strength in working collaboratively. Our structure allows us to tap into each other's skills as needed while minimizing overhead and risk. This nimble approach allows us to be extremely competitive, bringing value to each of our clients. Most importantly it is our collective experience that allows us to persue with confidence a broad range or work - large or small. Our diverse backgrounds, interests and experience in architecture complement each other wonderfully. FLEX ARCHITECTURE is certainly greater than the sum of its parts.
