Fleischer Electronics Service is an old-fashioned SERVICE business, serving the Greater Lake Tahoe, Carson City, & Reno area ...and beyond ...since 1973. Since ~2012 a one-man shop, working on modern and antique radios; modern and vintage HiFi & Stereos; musicians electronics, and general electronics repairs, ...and sometimes 'weird stuff' such as battery chargers; lamps; controllers, etc. I work on both vacuum tube and transistorized items. I do NOT work on: TV, games, computers, Smart phones & devices, office machines. 1903 Teal Drive in Carson City, Nevada. Detailed instructions to find us without getting lost are located several paragraphs below the cartoons. NO drop-in/show-up hours ....>>you must have an appointment! (775) 461-3530 You may call between 9 am and 5 pm. Normal appointments are made for 1:30 to 4 pm, 7 days a week. Morning appointments occasionally are available ....you have to ask. We are presently not doing service calls due to the prevalence of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Arriving for your appointment, you may call me on your cell phone to let me know you are here; or, knock on the garage door; or, ring the bell at the front door (bell pushbutton is on the wall, to right of front door). You may park on the right side of the driveway, as shown in the photo further down this page...or, there are two other parking areas. 12 foot social distancing required; closer distances by agreement. Wearing of a mask is MANDATORY. You will NOT be allowed inside the shop without a mask. I do not, and have never, taken credit or debit cards. Once you have your appointment day and time, I suggest you read the following information because some mapping services provide WRONG information. SOME maps are not clear that Teal Drive does NOT continue northerly past Partridge Dr. Follow my directions, and you won't get lost. The repair shop is in my home-garage, located inside "Quail Run", a 55+ gated community, long-ago called Heritage Park. There is still an large obelisk saying Heritage Park at the northwest corner of Saliman & Fairview. My address is 1903 Teal Drive, located at the corner of Gambrel Drive. THERE IS ONLY ONE OPEN ENTRANCE TO THE QUAIL RUN COMMUNITY ....& that is via Bobwhite Drive, which is off Fairview Drive (DO NOT use any entrance off Saliman Rd). The Bobwhite Drive entrance is ~ 200 hundred feet southwest of Saliman ...on Fairview Dr. From the corner of Bobwhite Drive and Fairview Drive: A FEW FEET after passing through the big open gate on Bobwhite Drive, ....turn RIGHT onto Bantail Drive and follow it to where it curves to the left ...where its name changes to Teal Drive. Continue to 1903 Teal Dr., which is on your right side. The building numbers are not in exact numbering order but are clearly marked. DO NOT park on the street (Fire Department & Community Regulations).
