Born in Australia and 100% plant-based, we're taking the worlds freshest, cleanest, and tastiest home-grown produce and creating out-of-this-world takes on the world's favourite flavours. A passion project born out of a health scare, Flave is a business solely focused on taking better care of yourself and our planet - it’s our way of showing how incredible our environment is, how delicious plant-based food can taste and how small every day decisions can collectively make a big impact. Our brilliant head chef, Scott Findlay, was trained under Gordon Ramsay before honing his plant-based recipes over a decade working as a private chef to legendary Sir Paul McCartney (a pioneer of the Meatless Mondays Movement) as well as ‘flexitarians’ Rihanna, Beyonce, Madonna, Elton John, and a bevy of other celebrities. From his plethora of experience, Scott has created a menu with a global perspective and drawn inspiration from our vibrant, multicultural world and in our humble opinion created the best plant-based burgers and bowls around. We're on a mission, to FLAVE the planet, one bite at a time. Starting right here in Bondi.
