Flava Cap, LLC was formed to develop, patent, market and license its unique beverage delivery system technology. The Flava Cap is a universal infusion bottle cap. Simply put, the Flava Cap is a bottle cap that contains powdered drink mix which is automatically released into any standard PET bottle of water when twisted onto the bottle. Because the Flava Cap design is universal, it will fit on all four standard PET bottle thread types. This universal feature is critical as this means that the Flava Caps will be sold separately from the bottle of water. The Flava Cap will be sold as a stand alone product for a reasonable price that can be easily applied to create custom beverages using name brand water bottles, generic water bottles or even by refilling bottles with tap water. The Flava Cap can contain powders to introduce functional drinks, energy drinks, teas, vitamin enhanced waters, nutraceutical drinks and even OTC medications. Key sales channels for these types of products are convenience stores, mass merchandisers, grocery stores, private label and online retailers. Additional opportunities also exist in wholesale avenues (suppliers of beverages and drink mix), office refreshment center suppliers, the premium market, the promotional market, military and fund raising markets. Flava Cap, LLC intends to capitalize on the growth trends associated with health conscience and “on-the-go” lifestyles. Just recently the infusion cap market has begun tapping into the beverage industry markets and we believe this is paving the way for the upcoming success of the Flava Cap product.
