My experience with KS&C, in addition to serving as foreman and designer to 3 different contractors, has taught me as much about what doesn't work as it has about what does. People who are "paid enough to care" and not living paycheck-to-paycheck are happier, more productive, and are more likely to be personally invested in the quality of the projects on which they work. There is no smoking or swearing on our job sites. Our office is your home. Your family and neighbors should feel comfortable with our presence, not made to tolerate tobacco smoke or offensive language. Direct involvement & supervision. I am present at every job site every day. This hands-on approach ensures continuity between the estimate, design, and construction phases of your project.
