Upland Brewing Co, has been brewing ales, lagers, and sours in Bloomington, Indiana since 1998. Many of our brews are unique twists on traditional recipes, while others are products of our own imaginations. We’re proud to say that several of our beers have brought home national and international medals and awards, but what we really care about is brewing the kinds of beer we like to drink, and providing a fresh local option to our communities. It never hurts to get a pat on the back, though! Along the way, we’ve made lots of friends and drank our unfair share of good beer, all while trying to do good in our communities and do well as a craft brewery.

Sun King Brewing Company is an Independently owned Indiana Brewery. Conceived by two professional brewers, Dave Colt and Clay Robinson, and started with the help of family and friends, Sun King rolled out their first keg of beer in July of 2009. Over the years, Sun King has grown to become one of Indiana’s best-selling and most award-winning breweries. Currently available on tap and in cans throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Florida, as well as Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, Sun King has grown to become a leader in the independent craft beer movement. Sun King’s brewers hand craft core, seasonal and specialty beers that have been rewarded with dozens of medals at the Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup, Festival of Barrel Aged Beers, and the Indiana Brewers Cup competitions. From our humble beginnings in 1996 — armed with only a few hundred dollars, a five-barrel Frankenstein wok-burner-fired brew kettle, repurposed open Swiss cheese fermenters (Hammond Squares) and an old Canfield's Cola tank — "It's Not Normal" ales and lagers were born.
