Flash BV Information

In 1964, based in the small Dutch town of Harmelen, Flash started manufacturing wiping cloths for end users in the Netherlands and Belgium. The company relocated to Nuland in the mid 1970s and was taken over by Ruud van den Berge in 1986. In 2002, the commercial activities developed by Flash over the course of time were hived off. Since then, Flash further specialised in the production of nonwoven wiping cloths and cleaning cloths, its main customers being wholesalers across Europe. In 2006, Flash acquired Factron, located in Groot-Ammers, expanding its range with pads for scrubbing machines and abrasive sponges. In January 2012, the two companies came together in one large production facility in Oss, fully integrating Factron into Flash BV, both physically and administratively. Flash’s mission is to grow further, driven by innovation. In the context of our mission, we set up a new production line for the manufacture of disposable “FFastmops”. With this production line, we cater to the needs of the market as regards hygiene, the environment and ease of use. Nowadays, Flash is the manufacturer of cleaning equipment, impregnated floorcloth, microfibreproducts and diposable mops.
