Based in the UK, Flame is a character development community launched in 2021 under the name Live Your Dream CIC, and relaunching in 2025 as a limited company. We currently have three permanent members of staff, and are hiring two certified coaches. Our expert team crafts daily development challanges, monthly skills training and 121 coaching for young people aged between 11-15. These programmes help students to uncover who they are, what they care about and how they wish to contirbute to the world. In a world full of noise, we provide our students with a clear pathway that helps them stand apart from the crowd.
