Flame & Fire Brazilian Churrascaria is an upscale Brazilian Steakhouse where you will enjoy the warm hospitality of Southern Brazil. We offer a unique dining experience where our Gaucho Chefs grill to perfection select cuts of beef, succulent lamb, tender chicken, juicy pork and Brazilian inspired sausages brought to you table-side and sliced right on to your plate. Our guests indulge in savoring as many of the meats as they wish, and as many times as they desire. The deliciously seasoned meats are not the only intriguing part of the experience. We invite you to enjoy our Gourmet Food Bar featuring various choices of Brazilian inspired favorites such as Feijoada, Farofa and rice. These are complemented by seasonal salads, fresh vegetables, imported charcuterie and cheeses, and more. Each table is set up with a selection of sweet caramelized bananas to cleanse your palate, fried polenta, and Po de Queijo (gluten free cheese bread). You can enjoy the Gourmet Food Bar as a meal in itself or as part of the Churrasco experience to pair with your meat selections.
