flagstaffED is based in the quiet mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona. Founded in 1999 by Brian Petersen, our firm has 25+ years of experience recruiting nationally for the Educational Marketplace (K12, HiEd, Academic Libraries, eLearning). Niki Ralston had worked in recruiting alongside Brian for 14+ years when taking over as President / Owner in 2021. She and the team maintain a focus on matchmaking the ideal candidates and companies, Our company has since expanded our recruiting demographic to include Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Consultants, Training, Business Development, Implementation, and many others.
