FLABJACKS represents a series of chubby and friendly creatures in an imaginary wonderland created by visual artist Ton Mak. A world of corpulent and odd folks, and quirky inanimate chubby “things”. Ton grew up nomadically between New Zealand and United Kingdom. Initially introduced to art as a form of therapy by her mother at an early age, she has been drawing and painting for as long as she could remember. To date, FLABJACKS has collaborated with top brands such as Gucci, Swatch, Apple, Nike and making its distinctive and colourful mark throughout Asia, Europe and the US.
