FL@33—multi-disciplinary design studio for visual communication. Graphic Design. Art & Creative Direction. Workshops. FL@33 was set up in 2001 after the two founders obtained their MAs at the Royal College of Art in London. Since then FL@33 has created an award-winning, internationally published body of work, ranging from self-initiated projects to commissioned work for clients from around the world, across many different sectors, regardless of size and budget. From logos to integrated identity systems, intriguing imagery to complete book designs, from poster campaigns to websites and moving image. Today FL@33 is owned and run by Tomi Vollauschek, a friendly, passionate and dedicated designer who gives international lectures, judges, art directs, consults, designs, curates, exhibits, contributes to magazines, writes his own books, and also develops design products for the studio's sister company Stereohype—an online boutique, T-shirt / button badge label—launched in 2004. FL@33 interviews, features and studio profiles have been published online and in more than 200 magazines, newspapers and books around the world. A FL@33 monograph was published in 2005 as part of the bi-lingual design & designer book series by French Pyramyd Editions. Books conceived/written/edited/designed by FL@33 include Postcard (2008, translated into French, German and Spanish), Made & Sold: Toys, T-Shirts, Prints, Zines and Other Stuff (2009) and The 3D Type Book (2011)—all published worldwide by Laurence King. Originally founded by Tomi Vollauschek and Agathe Jacquillat
