FK Select Information

FK Select supports organisations with outplacement, assessments, executive coaching and recruitment. Our work is carried out by experienced consultants who are either authorized psychologists or professionals with extensive senior HR backgrounds or both, including former HR Directors from the private sectors. We collaborate with a nationwide network of trusted freelance consultants across Denmark. We are also a part of a global network of outplacement services and can therefore provide support globally. Outplacement is a core offering at FK Select. We support organisations and individuals through professional and respectful transition processes, with a strong focus on employability, realistic career perspectives, and sustainable next steps. Our outplacement work combines psychological insight, senior HR experience, and in-depth knowledge of the Danish labour market. We ensure tailored support for affected employees including individual coaching and training. Assessments and executive coaching are integral parts of our approach. We are certified in and use recognized and validated psychological assessment tools, and we continuously evaluate new methods like AI and LinkedIn training to ensure high professional quality and relevance in our work. All assignments are conducted at a high professional and ethical level and in accordance with the standards of the Danish Association of Psychologists (Dansk Psykolog Forening).
